Makkah Masjid (also known as IDEA – Islamic Directions and Enhancement Association) is a non-profit Islamic organization. It operates based on the principles of the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him). Muslim families visiting Makkah Masjid strive to fulfill their religious obligations.

📢 Celebrate the Night Journey with us at Makkah Masjid, Garland. Join Mufti Bilal Ahmed Madani on Friday, January 16 at 8:00 PM for an evening of inspiring reflection, prayer, and community. Niyaz will be served after the program.
📢 Prepare for Ramadan with our 6-week crash course, Understanding the Quran Before Ramadan, starting 7 January 2026. Join us every Wednesday after Isha at Makkah Masjid to deepen your understanding and connection with the Quran.
📢 Give your child a fun, faith-filled Sunday. Sunday School for ages 5 to 10 starts Sept 28. Stories, duas, hadith, arts and more. $40 per student, sibling discounts available. More information is on the flyer below
📢 Makkah Medical Clinic is dedicated to serving the community by offering compassionate healthcare, particularly to uninsured individuals. The clinic provides essential services such as X-rays, pediatrics, family/internal medicine, physical therapy, and gynecology. Saturdays from 10 AM to 12 PM. More information on flyer
📢 Makkah Masjid hosts a weekly program every Friday night between Maghrib and Isha. We encourage you to attend with your family and friends. JazakAllah.
